These reviews integrate qualitative\, quantitative\, and mixed methods studies\, offering a comprehensive perspective on healthcare topics.\nThis workshop will provide practical guidance on the latest advancements in the methodology of mixed studies reviews\, including their conceptual definition\, quality appraisal\, and data integration. DESCRIPTION:Series\n2025–2026 Faculty Development Annual Series\n\n\nPresenter\nDr. Roland Grad\, MDCM MSc FCFP\n\n\nDescription\nTeaching Shared Decision Making (SDM) to residents involves introducing key concepts and curricular approaches\, applying assessment tools to evaluate competence through observation and peer discussion\, and developing strategies to integrate and sustain these tools in clinical teaching. This workshop will help physician educators improve their teaching of SDM as well as improve how they evaluate resident competence for SDM.\n\n\nLearning Objectives\n1. Describe key concepts and curricular approaches for teaching Shared Decision Making (SDM) to residents.2.
