Deconstructing clinical reasoning: helping to get teachers and learners on the same page
In order to address challenges in assessing and remediating clinical reasoning in primary care, a clinical tool was developed that is intended to combine teaching strategies, deliberate practice strategies and clinical reasoning theory to support both educators and learners in the development of effective clinical reasoning.
