Short biography
Dr. Ahd Samman is an international medical graduate (M.B.B.S.) from Saudi Arabia. King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah. She successfully completed a Master of Health Management in 2021 at the Desautels Faculty of Management (MMgmt), McGill University, Montreal, Canada. She is currently a M.Sc. student in the Department of Family Medicine, Medical Education, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University. Under the supervision of Dr. Charo Rodriguez (Principal Supervisor), and Dr. Kathleen Rice (Co-Supervisor). Her research includes qualitative inquiry to explore and evaluate a new simulation intervention in perinatal care for practicing family physicians. She joined the Family Medicine Education Research Group (FMER) in the Fall 2021. She grew up in Saudi Arabia and in 2015, moved to France where she got her (DELFB1) and later she moved from France to Montreal, Canada in 2017 until present.
